WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED TO VOLUNTEER?

All you need is a positive attitude!  MAT organizers provide instructions so volunteers can help students get the most out of their station activities.

WHAT IS IT LIKE TO VOLUNTEER ON THE DAY OF MOVE A THON?

Each grade level enjoys 30 – 45 minutes of fun, rotating activity stations on their assigned playgrounds.  Volunteers oversee each station to provide guidance and encouragement for Audubon students.

“The mood was like, ‘This is REALLY cool!’”

—Audubon 5th Grader’s description of Move A Thon

“I totally loved the enthusiasm and dedication the parent volunteers exhibited and I saw the kids having so much fun at all the stations. The only thing I can say about next year is, I want to be out there for the whole day!”

—Audubon Parent Volunteer
