Applying for a corporate match:

  • Submit your application for a match to your employer (some may require a receipt which you will receive by email when you donate online)

This year our WE RISE TOGETHER WEEK will consist of spirit days and activities, including our annual school-wide photo of the Audubon students and staff wearing their "WE RISE TOGETHER" shirts spelling out RISE UP!


This year's annual giving theme is WE RISE TOGETHER and we absolutely believe that this community does just that!  But we need your assistance.  Please help support Audubon and our students by donating to our Annual Giving Campaign and taking part in our spirit week activities.  Here are some things you need to know:


First: make a direct donation today to help fund educational programs, enrichment opportunities, and so much more at our school!  Every single penny goes straight back to Audubon, and will make a real, lasting impact on our students.  The suggested donation amount for the 2023/2024 school year is $300/student.  In years past, nearly all Audubon students participated in the Annual Giving campaign, raising much needed funds for our school. Roughly 20% of that amount came from employer matching programs. Find out if your employer matches employee donations.  Additionally, please ask your family, friends and neighbors if they are interested in supporting our school!  All donations are tax deductible (Fed Tax ID #94-2733037).


Second: Please return this donation form and envelope to your student's teacher this week (if you haven't already). Once your teacher receives the envelope, your student will receive a paper eagle cut out that they can write their name on and attach to our spirit wall outside of Matthes Hall.  We can't wait to see a convocation of eagles soaring high, representing a strong, unified Audubon community!


Finally: It's spirit week this week at Audubon!  Spirit weeks are so much fun for students and staff alike!  Check out our spirit wear flyer for a list of spirit days.  We can't wait to kick off the week.


The Audubon PTA appreciates donations of any amount throughout the school year-it’s never too late to contribute! Many companies will match 2:1 on Giving Tuesday (November 28).  We thank you in advance for your support!

The 2023-2024 Eagles for Education Annual Giving Drive: WE RISE TOGETHER is the only direct donation opportunity to support PTA-funded programs, services and events.
100% of funds benefit our students for the 2023-2024 school year. This year, Audubon students will have the chance to engage in fun activities centered on the theme of community.
The Audubon PTA provides funds for:
- The school library
- 2 technology labs with robotics curriculum & Makerspace
- Book Fair
- Enrichment programs
- Grade level, classroom & playground support
- Community wide events, and
- Staff appreciation

Sponsors support our Audubon Community with a $500 one time donation. 


      Sponsors receive: 

  • ALL 520+ students, regardless of the amount they are able to raise for the school, will again receive an Audubon Elementary School T-Shirt emblazoned with our business sponsor logos on the back. Additionally, the Audubon PTA will work with our internal student body leaders to arrange ongoing “spirit” days, so students will have multiple opportunities to wear their T-Shirts throughout the year.
  • Your your business-provided banner prominently hung at the entrance to Audubon school, from September - December 16th, 2023 for our community to see each day as they drop off and pick up from school or walk by our campus.
  • Your logo on our Audubon PTA website.
