Help our students Go Green!
We are looking for 4 parent volunteers* per lunch hour for the next few weeks to
VOLUNTEER IN THE LUNCH COURT to help students sort their lunch waste.

Three years ago, COMPOSTABLE WASTE was picked up (by Recology) from Audubon separate from recyclables and landfill/garbage. This is fantastic news from an environmental standpoint! One challenge is helping our students understand how to sort the three during lunch. For the past three years, we have been able to help the kids actively think about this sorting process at the end of their meal by having parent volunteers coach the kids at lunch.
Mrs Sperow or Ms. Marianne can help "train" you if you are not too sure.

*Please note that all volunteers will need to attest to being vaccinated when they come through the office and wear a mask while on campus. Thank you in advance for your help with these protocols.
