3. Students identifying information (name, grade, etc.) should NOT be visible on the front of the submission (this is to avoid bias in judging). Please place these details behind the entry so your piece is not disqualified.

REFLECTIONS JUDGING - Thursday, November 2nd:
The judging for the Reflections Program is conducted blindly meaning that names should not be visible on the front of the artwork itself. If it's an electronic entry (CD or flash drive) we ask that the name of the artist not appear on the saved file. We like to invite various members from the community (such as educators, school administrators, artists, etc.,) to judge the entries however, sometimes we do balance it out by inviting parents. Ideally we prefer to have parents whose children are not participating in the Reflections Program that year. However, if that's not possible and we happen to have parents whose kids did submit an entry help us in judging, they would not judge the category/categories in which their kids participate. If you're interested in helping to judge (if we need parent volunteers) please e-mail both Nandita and Claudia. We'll select parent judges, if need be, on a first come basis giving priority to those whose children are not participating.
