Get lost in a sea of stories at our upcoming Audubon PTA’s Book Fair

Continuing this year, our Family Bingo Night will be held on Wednesday, November 4th

Book Fair Dates: November 2 - 6th (In person); virtual fair currently available until November 15th.

Location: Activity Room

Shopping Hours: Before school: Mon-Fri 7:45 – 8:45 am

After school: Tues, Thurs, and Fri 2:30-3:30 pm

Wed 12:30 - 1: pm

TK/K Event: Monday, November 2, 12:30-1:30 pm. Our TK and K families are invited to shop at the fair during this dedicated hour.

Special Event: Family Bingo Night will be on Wed. November 4th from 4:30-6:00 pm. More details coming soon.

Can’t make it to the fair? No worries! The Online Fair is active now until November 15th. Shop for exciting new books anytime and create student wishlists to share with friends or family. At the end of our fair, the online fair will convert to an online book store that will be open year-round. New exclusive titles and box sets can be purchased and sent directly to your home.

eWallets are the easy way for your student to pay! Setup your student's eWallet today.

Once a child’s eWallet is created, it carries over each year and stays in their Scholastic account, so they can use the same eWallet at future Fairs.

Families start from your school’s Book Fair homepage—available three weeks before your Fair begins—to set up an eWallet for each child. If their child already has an eWallet from a previous Fair, they can simply sign in to their Scholastic account to view their balance and manage funds.

Funds are available immediately. Families can add funds, create an eWallet for another child, invite friends and family to contribute, and more—all from their account.

How does Share the Fair work?

It’s easy for your school and local community to contribute to Share the Fair:

Families can contribute when they add funds to their child’s Book Fair eWallet. Share this informational page when you invite families to make a contribution.

Contributions can be made through your school’s Book Fair homepage and are open to anyone, anywhere. Use this customizable email template to ask local businesses and organizations for support.
When checking out, shoppers can round up their purchase or make a custom contribution. Your Kick-off Kit comes with a sign encouraging shoppers to round up.

After the Fair, unused eWallet funds remain in the parent's Scholastic account and they can contribute any portion of their balance to your school’s Share the Fair account.

Book Fair eWallets are an easy payment method that will provide your child a safe, cashless alternative. EWallets can be setup & managed through our online fair and can be used at the in-school book fair or online. Please be sure to bring the eWallet information to the fair. Cash, checks, and credit cards will also be accepted.

Important about leftover money:
You won't get cash back. Any unspent money stays in your Scholastic account. You can use it at a future Book Fair, move it between your children, or shop online with Scholastic.
