The PTA is going to have a Livescan fingerprinting specialist on campus at drop-off on Wednesday, September 2nd in Room 4 (the Lego Lab). In order to chaperone a field trip with your student, you MUST complete a Livescan fingerprint for the SMFC school district. The good news is, once you’ve completed a Livescan, it is good until your student(s) leaves the district. 

The total cost per person is $77 but the PTA is going to subsidize this amount and the cost to you will be only $50 at the time of your Livescan. If you have already been fingerprinted with Livescan previously for your Audubon student, you do not need to be finger printed again.
