President's Welcome Letter
Dear Audubon Eagles,
Welcome to this school year at Audubon Elementary School! I hope you had a great summer and are excited to navigate this school year together.
This year together with our excellent enthusiastic board, I want to focus on engaging our families and welcoming new volunteers, so that the PTA can continue to support the programs and experiences at Audubon that enrich our students’ lives and foster our sense of community as Audubon Eagles.
Thank you for visiting the PTA website! While clicking around, you'll find general information about the PTA, important dates for upcoming events, forms and descriptions of the wonderful programs sponsored by the PTA. The PTA’s ability to fund these programs and many others is possible only because of the generous donations of time, expertise, and funds by Audubon teachers, staff, parents, and the community, and there are always opportunities to participate in big and small ways, from home and at school. So, I invite you to join the Audubon PTA and get involved! We cannot do this without you! Thank you for helping in any way you can and showing our students that they, their school, and their education are important.
For information on school and PTA happenings, please be sure to do the following:
- Check the school calendar for up-to-date information and/or sync it to your phone by hitting “subscribe.”
- Sign up for Audubon’’s weekly newsletter on the Audubon PTA website.
- Look for Volunteer positions
- Be on the lookout for emails from your student’s room reps.
- Join our Audubon PTA Community Facebook Group and follow @AudubonElementaryPTA on Instagram.
- Attend our quarterly PTA general meetings, starting with our first meeting in late August/early September. Be on the lookout for information on how you can join us via Zoom.
- Get to know our PTA board 2025-26
I look forward to getting to know you and building an even stronger Audubon community together. Audubon is such an amazing school with a wonderful community - and I look forward to seeing this community grow!!
